Inner Healing Breath Circle

An inner healing circle intended to explore your feelings of emotional safety. You may have the need to organise everything chaotic and disorganized. Try being more tolerant and accept imperfections of life. It is better to trust life and let it run its own way, not everything must be according to our expectations.

A healing breath circle is a personal journey of healing, recovery and illumination. Experiencing the collective energy of others, we intimately observe the breath, work our constructs in compassion, fears into love and anxieties into peaceful awareness. It's a way to relieve stress and uncover limiting beliefs that create pain and suffering.

MOVE Bring your yoga mat and get ready for 30 minutes of movement and stillness lead by the amazing Julie Blamphin of Stretch Your Spirit. We'll be focusing on the 2nd chakra (read: pelvic floor!) and the benefits this brings to ALL women. Will it get weird? Who knows! But probaby not so don't be alarmed by the topic. This is a healthy yoga practice that can easily be performed by all levels of experienced yogis and non-yogis alike.

BREATHE Following Julie's session we will easily transition into a breath exercise led by Erin Bishop of A Breath of Wellness. If you haven't already experienced the profound healing abilities of breathwork, then you're in for a treat. You'll leave feeling recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed.

UNWINE But before you go, be sure to stay for a glass or 2 (included!) of Great Frog's own tasty wine and take the time to socialize with some other incredible women in a gorgeous setting, right here in Annapolis. We'll also have a brief Q & A regarding the Club's current status and give you an opportunity to voice your thoughts.

Inner Healing Breath Circle - Emotional Freedom

An inner healing circle intended to explore emotional freedom. Working with the breath to free yourself from negative emotions such as fear, anger and jealousy.

A healing breath circle is a personal journey of healing, recovery and illumination. Experiencing the collective energy of others, we intimately observe the breath, work our constructs in compassion, fears into love and anxieties into peaceful awareness. It's a way to relieve stress and uncover limiting beliefs that create pain and suffering.

The breath will lead each individual toward their own unique experience; it will connect you to your body’s innate wisdom. You will leave feeling lighter, more clear, open-hearted, and with a full flowing tank of life-force energy. It can help to change lifetime patterns of pain and suffering, anxiety, depression and addiction. The Circle's technique empowers the subconscious to awaken and release. We welcome new breathers, no experience necessary! 

Circles are limited to 6 spaces so that everyone receives individualized support and integration. The Circle will be held at BOW Studio, 815 Ritchie Highway, Suite 218, Severna Park, MD 21146.

As a client of a Breath of Wellness you have planted the seed of conscious breathing and self-healing. At one point along your journey you found yourself in agreement with the importance of why conscious breathing is essential to a happy, joyous and stress-resilient life. I invite you to take the teachings with you wherever you go, and share them over and over again! It's not all about what you learn at the workshop, in the Circle or on the mat in the office, but how you apply it to everyday life. This is how change happens. This is where the rubber meets the road. Join the monthly online client only integration circle to deepen your practice, ask questions, integrate your findings and get to know the Tribe.
