MOVE Bring your yoga mat and get ready for 30 minutes of movement and stillness lead by the amazing Julie Blamphin of Stretch Your Spirit. We'll be focusing on the 2nd chakra (read: pelvic floor!) and the benefits this brings to ALL women. Will it get weird? Who knows! But probaby not so don't be alarmed by the topic. This is a healthy yoga practice that can easily be performed by all levels of experienced yogis and non-yogis alike.
BREATHE Following Julie's session we will easily transition into a breath exercise led by Erin Bishop of A Breath of Wellness. If you haven't already experienced the profound healing abilities of breathwork, then you're in for a treat. You'll leave feeling recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed.
UNWINE But before you go, be sure to stay for a glass or 2 (included!) of Great Frog's own tasty wine and take the time to socialize with some other incredible women in a gorgeous setting, right here in Annapolis. We'll aslo have a brief Q & A regarding the Club's current status and give you an opportunity to voice your thoughts.
