What is functional breath, resting breath and performance breath? When we experience red zone breathing how can we control the breath to optimize recovery and stamina? We will use a small AMRAP to get our heart rates/and breath up, then experience how to use the breath to manage the experience. A small instructional period on techniques and process, then we will end with an integrative flow to connect the body, mind and breath in relaxation.
