We breathe to celebrate PEACE! Join us on the International Day of Peace, September 21st, to breathe energetic waves of love to the many nations across the globe. Peace Day provides a globally shared date for all humanity to commit to Peace above all differences and to contribute to building a Culture of Peace. This year’s theme draws attention to the importance of combating climate change as a way to protect and promote peace throughout the world.
A healing breath circle is a personal journey of healing, recovery and illumination. Experiencing the collective energy of others, we intimately observe the breath, work our constructs in compassion, fears into love and anxieties into peaceful awareness. It's a way to relieve stress and uncover limiting beliefs that create pain and suffering.
The breath will lead each individual toward their own unique experience; it will connect you to your body’s innate wisdom. You will leave feeling lighter, more clear, open-hearted, and with a full flowing tank of life-force energy. It can help to change lifetime patterns of pain and suffering, anxiety, depression and addiction. The Circle's technique empowers the subconscious to awaken and release. We welcome new breathers, no experience necessary!
Circles are limited to 6 spaces so that everyone receives individualized support and integration. The Circle will be held at BOW Studio, 815 Ritchie Highway, Suite 218, Severna Park, MD 21146.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Bring a yoga mat, small blanket, water bottle, journal and pen for reflection.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that is a powerful tool for transformation. It can be heart opening, a deep release, emotional, cathartic—whatever you need it to be in the moment you are there. This two-part breath is done in and out of the mouth which helps to connect you to your body and activates your energy system. You will be lying down - the journey takes you through activation, process and integration. A healing experience that will help you access deeper levels of awareness and dive deeper into your true self. In this hour-long journey you’ll breathe, explore emotion, laugh and cry. It creates an opportunity to help you shed whatever parts of yourself you are ready to leave behind, leaving you to feel lighter and clearer. You will guided by a carefully selected soundtrack made just for this unique experience.
