This experience is an Active Meditation and suitable for all levels of practice. Whether you are new or seasoned conscious breather, you will experience a deeper presence of your own body to explore what holds you back from your essential self.
Our Breathwork Circle is designed to bring your breathing habits into awareness. We teach the connected breathing technique with a guided music compilation to deepen the experience and share a vibrant energy field with like minded people.
You are invited to be who are you are, to learn more of what brings you joy, and to dive deep into the inner world of creativity. Integrative Breathwork is a safe, natural, and therapeutic.

Whether you are new to Conscious Breathing or are an advanced practitioner the Relax & Rejuvenate Breath Flow is a great opportunity to redirect focus from the mind to the body and breathe into emotional, physical and spiritual flow. Deepen the connection to yourself, your breath and your energy. Learn the basic breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, increase energy levels, eliminate toxins, and increase cardiovascular health. Breathwork has benefits for everyone!
This class is donation based, $20 suggested - but not required
