Breathwork and Integration Coaching is a therapeutic self-healing experience that creates an awareness around the way you breathe, the way you think, and ultimately the way you act. You are unique to your own breath, so together we build an integration around your specific needs. What is Integration Breathwork?
Breathwork is a simple yet profound, three-part breathing technique. Unlike meditation, where we are aware of the mental chatter, Breathwork is an active, efficient, effective technique that will allow you to disconnect from the mind, enter a different state of consciousness, and bring you to a deeper state of connection and love. We pair this breathing technique with the Integration Coaching model to assist you in taking awakening, awareness and new behavior patterns that support health and wellness to your daily schedule.
What to expect during Breathwork:
You lay on the floor, music is played, you breathe, and I will coach you through the active breathing for approximately 20-25 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation. Each Breathwork session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next.
