  • 6-week Immersive Series | Train-the-Trainer Model

    Designed for managers, department leads, and emerging ambassadors of wellness, this program weaves together neuroscience, breath science, emotional intelligence, and integrative coaching. Participants learn how to self-regulate, co-regulate, and lead with clarity and compassion.

    This training includes:

    • Weekly 75-minute sessions

    • Hands-on application of breath and mindwork

    • Communication tools for complex team dynamics

    • A trauma-informed, science-backed curriculum

    Minimum 10 participants. Certification available upon request.
