You Don't Have to Know What Kind of Support You Need.
Sometimes you just know something needs to shift.
Private sessions offer individualized support for people navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, changes in breathing, persistent tension, difficult transitions, or a desire to better understand the relationship between their body, breath, emotions and patterns.
Together, we'll begin with what's happening now and determine the most supportive place to begin.
What Brings People Here?
You may be here because...
Your breathing doesn't feel easy or natural.
Stress or anxiety keeps showing up in your body.
You feel overwhelmed, depleted or unable to settle.
You're holding tension you can't seem to release.
You're moving through grief, change or a difficult season.
You understand your patterns intellectually but still find yourself repeating them.
You want to feel more connected to your body.
Or maybe...
You can't quite explain what's happening. You just know you don't feel like yourself.
That last one matters.
Ways to Work Together
Private sessions offer a place to begin with what is happening right now. You don't need to know which modality is right for you—we can determine that together. Choose the experience that feels closest to what you're looking for, or start with a Curiosity Session if you're unsure.

Breathing patterns can change in response to stress, posture, habit, illness, emotion and life experience—often without us realizing it.
Breath Therapy is an individualized session focused on understanding how you are currently breathing and identifying practical ways to support greater ease, efficiency and regulation.
Sessions may include breath observation, functional breathing practices, nervous-system education, gentle movement, body awareness and personalized exercises to continue at home.
This work can be especially helpful for people experiencing dysfunctional breathing patterns, frequent sighing or yawning, feelings of air hunger, breath holding, stress-related breathing changes or difficulty settling the body.
This is practical, individualized breath support—not about taking bigger breaths.

Approximately 2 Hours | $250
Sometimes the work isn't about changing how you breathe. It's about creating enough space to notice what you've been carrying.
Integrative Breathwork and Rebirthing sessions use sustained conscious breathing within a supported environment to explore the relationship between breath, body, emotion and lived experience.
Unlike Breath Therapy, which focuses more directly on breathing patterns and regulation skills, these sessions allow more time for deeper experiential and emotional exploration.
Each experience is individual. The intention is not to force an emotional release or create a particular outcome, but to remain curious about what arises and support the body's natural process.
Best suited for: people seeking deeper self-exploration, emotional processing, integration or reconnection.

75–90 Minutes | $175
No predetermined modality. No expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you need.
These individualized sessions begin with conversation and curiosity. Depending on what is happening, the session may incorporate integrative coaching, breath therapy, nervous-system education, somatic awareness, movement, meditation or other practices within Erin's scope of work.
The intention is to meet the person—not the protocol.

Private yoga offers space to move at your own pace, with a practice shaped around your body rather than a group class.
Sessions may include traditional yoga postures, mobility, stretching, breath awareness, balance, relaxation and nervous-system regulation. The practice is adapted to your experience, comfort level and what your body is communicating that day.
You don't need to be flexible, experienced in yoga or able to move in a particular way. Some sessions may be active and strengthening; others may be slower, restorative and focused on reconnecting with the body.
Private sessions can also be helpful for people who feel uncomfortable in group yoga settings or simply want more individualized attention as they develop their practice.
Best suited for: beginners, experienced practitioners wanting individualized support, people returning to movement, or anyone seeking a more personal and regulated approach to yoga.
Sometimes One Session Is Enough to Begin. Sometimes You Need a Container.
Patterns develop over time—and sometimes the most meaningful work happens when there is space to practice, notice, return, adjust and integrate.
For those who want continued support, the intensive and mentorship provides a more intentional relationship over time.
