Donation-Based | Give What You Can
Life can be heavy.
Whether you're carrying the weight of chronic pain, living with anxiety or depression, navigating a mental health diagnosis, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or simply longing for a place to slow down—you are welcome here.
Join us on the last Sunday of every month at the Healing Cabin for a gentle evening of breathwork, meditation, and immersive sound healing designed to support your body's natural ability to rest, regulate, and restore.
Together we'll begin by settling into the breath, allowing the nervous system to soften before being guided through a restorative meditation accompanied by the soothing vibrations of seven chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls.
There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove.
Simply arrive as you are.
