October is “National Emotional Wellness Month.” During the first week of October, we will focus on spatial awareness which is placing your mind within your body using breath followed by conscious connected breathing (Integrative Breathwork).
Breathwork is an ancient 2 stage pranayama yoga, an active meditation that opens the flow of energy into your body. Explore and practice breathing rhythms to gain the ability to draw in more acceptance, gratitude and love into your life. Breathing consciously assists you in letting go of fear, anxiety and judgement.
Using music, guided visualization and the hum of the singing bowls you are provided a container to journey into yourself. Once you learn this breathing technique you can practice it on your own and continue to use it as a healing tool.
