Focused Regulation Experience | 30–60 Minutes
High-performing people are often very good at pushing through. The Executive Reset creates space to learn something different: how to intentionally shift state without stepping away from responsibility.
This focused experiential session introduces simple, accessible techniques for reducing physiological tension, improving breath mechanics and interrupting the stress patterns that accumulate throughout demanding workdays.
Participants learn practical strategies they can use at their desk, between meetings, before presenting, while traveling or during moments when pressure begins to affect how they think, communicate or respond.
No yoga mat, special clothing or previous breathwork experience is required.
Ideal for: Executive teams, conference breakouts, leadership retreats, employee wellness programs and high-demand teams.
Available as: 30, 45 or 60-minute experience.
-
Signature Leadership Experience | 75–90 Minutes
Leadership isn't only about what you know. It's about what you can access when pressure rises.
The Regulated Leader is an interactive leadership experience exploring what happens to communication, decision-making, behavior and connection when the human nervous system is under pressure.
Through relatable education, memorable demonstrations and practical regulation tools, participants learn to recognize their own patterns earlier and experience how small physiological shifts can change the way they respond in real time.
Participants leave with a greater understanding of their own stress responses and practical tools they can use before a difficult conversation, during a demanding day, in moments of conflict, or anytime they need to return to greater clarity and choice.
Ideal for: Leadership conferences, management teams, annual meetings, retreats and professional development events.
Available as: 75–90 minute signature experience or customized for your organization.

Item descriptioMulti-Session Leadership Development
Sustainable change rarely happens in a single workshop.
Emotional Leadership Development is a multi-session experience designed for organizations that want to build regulation, self-awareness and emotional capacity into the way their people lead.
Participants progressively explore how physiology, emotions, learned patterns and nervous-system responses influence leadership behavior. Each session combines education, experiential practice, reflection and real-world application so participants can practice the skills between sessions rather than simply understand them intellectually.
Programs can be customized around organizational priorities such as leadership under pressure, communication, emotional awareness, resilience, change, team dynamics and sustainable performance.
Ideal for: Leadership cohorts, emerging leaders, management development, executive teams and organizations investing in long-term culture development.
Available as: Multi-week cohorts or customized organizational engagements.n

Movement, Breath & Regulation | 30–60 Minutes
Sometimes organizations ask for yoga. What their people need may be something even more useful.
Erin's corporate yoga and mindful movement sessions combine accessible movement with breath, body awareness and practical nervous-system regulation. Rather than focusing solely on poses or flexibility, participants are encouraged to notice what is happening within their bodies and explore how movement, breathing and attention can shift the way they feel.
Sessions can include seated or standing movement, traditional yoga postures, mobility, breath practices and guided regulation techniques depending on the audience and environment.
No yoga experience, special clothing or flexibility is required. Programs can be adapted for conference rooms, offices, retreats, outdoor spaces and traditional yoga settings.
Ideal for: Employee wellness programs, conferences, retreats, workplace wellness days and teams looking for an accessible introduction to embodied regulation.
Available as: 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions.
Not sure which experience fits your organization?

Where Organizational Experience Meets Human Well-Being
Erin presents on workplace wellness for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
Erin K. Bishop, M.A., has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of people, organizations and human behavior.
Her career began inside the workplace—moving through human resources and organizational leadership before expanding into consulting, integrative coaching, breath therapy and nervous-system education. That combination gives Erin a perspective that is uncommon in the wellness space: she understands both the systems organizations operate within and the human beings expected to perform within them.
Erin’s work explores what happens when pressure enters the room—how it changes the way people breathe, think, communicate, react and lead. Rather than asking people to simply manage stress or push through it, she teaches them how to recognize what is happening within themselves and develop practical ways to regulate in real time.
Her facilitation style is experiential, approachable and grounded in real life. Participants don't just hear about regulation—they notice it, practice it and leave with tools they can actually use.
Erin holds a Master of Arts in Integrative Coaching and brings together a background in business, human resources, organizational consulting, breath therapy, yoga and embodied wellness practices.
Because better leadership doesn't begin with another strategy. It begins with the human being using it.
