Regulate: A 4-Week Breathwork Series

Your breath is the bridge between your body and your nervous system.
Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic overwhelm, or simply longing to feel more present, this series will help you build a healthier relationship with your breath—one that supports you long after class ends.
Over four weeks, we'll explore practical breathing techniques, nervous system education, mindfulness, and guided breathwork in a safe, supportive environment. Each session is designed to build confidence and awareness while giving you tools you can immediately apply to everyday life.
Although each class builds upon the previous week, every session also stands on its own. You're welcome to attend the full series or join us for individual sessions as your schedule allows.

Please create a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit and lie down. Position your camera so I can see your upper body throughout the breathing practices.
The Healing Cabin
The Healing Cabin is intentionally rustic and off-grid, offering a peaceful place to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Dress comfortably for the weather
