Cabin Flow is a one-hour practice created to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your nervous system in the peaceful setting of the Healing Cabin.
Drawing inspiration from the original 26&2 sequence, each class weaves together intentional movement, functional breathing, and guided meditation to create a practice that feels both grounding and restorative.
Rather than rushing from pose to pose, we'll move with awareness, using the breath as our guide. You'll build strength, improve flexibility, calm the mind, and develop practical breathing tools you can carry into everyday life.
Because these are pop-up gatherings, no two classes are exactly alike. Some evenings may emphasize breath mechanics and mobility, while others may lean into meditation, nervous system regulation, or deeper restorative movement.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, you're welcome here.
