Over the course of this experience, you’ll be supported in releasing held tension, increasing oxygen flow, and shifting out of the constant “on” state so many of us live in. Through intentional breathing patterns, moments of awareness, and a grounded closing, you’ll begin to build a deeper relationship with your nervous system—one rooted in trust, not control.
This is not about doing it right.
It’s about noticing, allowing, and giving your body space to respond.
