Breathe for Conscious Immunity
In times of uncertainty, patience and perspective can mean the difference between calm and chaos. Breathwork is an active breathing meditation that gives us an opportunity to rid our body and mind of fear and anxiety while focusing on higher purpose and awakening. It quiets the mind and heals pain. During this session, we will flow through 3 different breathing rhythms designed to release stress and anxiety, re-energize the body and optimize the body’s immune system for strength and vitality.
Join us for this deep transformational experience to remove the barriers of our current times and go deep into the breath for healing and emotional recovery. This session includes 40 minutes of Breathwork facilitation and followed by Q&A with Erin K. Bishop, Breathwork Practitioner
