This circle is intended for those already experienced with Breathwork. If you have never experienced Breathwork please see the Relax & Rejuvenate Class that occurs the 1st Wednesday and 2nd Friday of the month.
Circles are limited to 8 spaces so that everyone receives individualized support and integration. The Circle will be held at BOW Studio, 815 Ritchie Highway, Suite 218, Severna Park, MD 21146. Exchange is $35.

Bring a yoga mat, small blanket, water bottle, journal and pen for reflection.

You will be lying down - the journey takes you through activation, process and integration. A healing experience that will help you access deeper levels of awareness and dive deeper into your true self. In this hour-long journey you’ll breathe, explore emotion, laugh and cry. It creates an opportunity to help you shed whatever parts of yourself you are ready to leave behind, leaving you to feel lighter and clearer. You will guided by a carefully selected soundtrack made just for this unique experience.
