Breathwork is an active breathing technique that retrains our breathing patterns into an open, healthy breath. By focusing on the mindbody connection, we increase our energy, boost our immune system, detoxify, improve sleep and retrain our nervous system to better deal with stress. Our breath can help us better handle our emotions. We learn the art of relaxation by releasing habits of the exhale. In turn, the monkey mind can be effectively re-trained through breathwork to improve focus and experience life from an awakened perspective.
