We come together in a group energy that connects mind, body and heart energies. An opening to our unified sense of connection and soul empowerment.
Breathwork is an active breathing meditation that will open, cleanse and heal. We practice breathwork to connect with higher forces, access healing and insight, to expand consciousness, to release stress or anxiety, to re-energize the body and to gain clarity and vision.
Limited to 10 participants. This class is open to beginners and advanced students. A great way to deepen your practice or learn the connected breathing technique. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
Exchange: $20
This class happens monthly on the 1st Wednesday every month from 7pm - 815pm.
