Through the practice of pranayama, we fill our emotional centers with breath, purify our hearts and gently release—allowing more space for our own unique vibrations to be expressed.

Relax & Rejuvenate Breathwork is an intentional breath flow that integrates brain wave consciousness and mindbody connection. Rhythmically we use breath to activate, uncover and listen to body language. This we know to be tension, stiffness, numbness, tingling or chronic pain, inflammation and stress. By hacking the nervous system with emotional regulation breath techniques we boost metabolic energy and stabilize our mood.

The results: heightened creativity, detoxification, focus, cellular oxygenation, emotional freedom, relaxation and an ongoing tool for emotional well-being.
